Multiple rooms, great atmosphere and decor and lots of really great puzzles, some even Crystal Mazey which I loved. Very impressed. Already planning my next visit :)

Had an amazing experience playing the enchanted forest 11/10; puzzles were really fun and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will be back to try other rooms.

We completed two of the escape rooms available from XScapeRoom they were called:
Agent X & Prison of the dark wizard
Okay the rooms both feature some considerable amount of investment when it comes to technology and hint use technology. Both rooms feature some similar components and have rewards should you complete them in time which is quite fun! We literally stole the diamond from the Agent X! This adds a level of fun to the games that you don't see with a little memento to remember it by as well as a picture!

If I was to rate these rooms based on theming ease and puzzle quality is would be as follows:
Agent X.
Theme: **** 4 Star
Flow of puzzles: *** 3 star
The puzzles were well put together and definitely get the brain working and the objective of the room is absolutely clear.
Ease of puzzles: **** 4 Star
Each puzzle worked as it was supposed to and we didn't find a puzzle that wasn't doable or took a considerable amount of searching. The puzzles all followed the in room storyline which was fun too!
Was anything broken?
The room definitely needs some kind of revamp. Parts of the rooms are excellent and parts of the rooms are not so much! In this room particularly without giving too much away it needs new books! Broken holes in and tired puzzle definitely needs to be replaced here. It distracts from the game and not in a good way and it's a little annoying to be honest. I'd suggest getting some from a charity shop the same size as they don't cost a lot to replace.
Prison of the Dark Wizard
Theme: **** 3 Star
Flow of puzzles: *** 3 star
The puzzles were well put together and theme's around the prison are great however the flow of puzzles isn't overly clear in what you are doing. This is primarily because the theme isn't that great in the room. If you are going to commit to using a well known magic label loosely you should push it a lot harder.
Ease of puzzles: **** 3 Star
Maths puzzles are god damn awful overall in any escape room! #JustSaying however it's probably not suitable for younger kids or groups as there's some puzzles that could be tricky for younger people.
The puzzles did have a flow and you had to achieve a result from one section before moving to the next.
Was anything broken?
Not that I noticed in the room. There's something that was in one of the rooms that was not needed but this could have been made a little more obvious than searching around to use a key.
Would I recommend these escape rooms?
Yes! If you haven’t visited these escape rooms I'd recommend them for sure!
They are good rooms however the theme in the Prison of the dark wizard is loose at best. It has some fun technology inside but the theme is really all over the place compared to some escape rooms we have completed in other locations across the globe. If you are going for one of the rooms here I'd recommend Agent X over the other room here.
Improvement suggestion:
The theme in the Prison of the Dark Wizard really needs to be tightened it doesn't really make that much sense. What it's linked to in terms of existing wizardry is literally in the first part of the clues only. We were also told that it uses some "Heavy" smoke effects which weren't overly visible apart from at the very end.
Took my son and his 2 friends here for the first time tonight they absolutely loved it and the staff were really nice & helpful, 100% recommended.
